Amy is a Hudson Valley artist and the Director of Academic Computing Services at Vassar College. She was an artist-in-residence at the Elsewhere Artist Collaborative in North Carolina, and has most recently shown work at the Palmer Gallery at Vassar College, Mid-Hudson Heritage Center, the Las Cienegas Projects in Los Angeles, CA, and the Sweet Lorraine Gallery in Brooklyn, NY. Before coming to Vassar, Amy worked as a Design and Technology Technician at Parsons School of Design in New York City.
Amy earned a Master of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in photography from the University of Florida, as well as undergraduate degrees in computer science and fine arts from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has taught photography and video courses at both the college and high school level and enjoys collaborating with faculty and students on the production of multimedia projects.
